The Hammers Company, Inc. is a woman-owned small business software engineering and development company. We specialize in developing advanced ground software, flight software and simulation systems for government and industry.

For more than 23 years, Hammers has supported more than 30 NASA missions for Goddard Space Flight Center, Wallops Flight Facility, Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Ames Research Center, Johnson Space Center, and the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory as well as over five missions for the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) including the upcoming three-satellite RADARSAT Constellation Mission (RCM).

Hammers has developed real-time simulation, flight, and ground software systems for scientific satellite, space shuttle payloads and commercial aerospace customers. We have participated in flight software development for nearly every Goddard in-house mission launched in the last two decades, and our ground system products have been used on more than 30 flight projects. As part of these efforts, Hammers has provided leadership and key contributions to software and systems testing at all levels of flight and ground systems development. We have also provided system and network engineering and administration for mission and science operations centers, software development laboratories, I&T facilities, and administrative networks and environments (web sites, backups, help desk).

Hammers has a long history of providing guidance, navigation, and attitude control analysis, algorithm design, development, validation, verification, and simulations. We also provide support for spacecraft integration and test (I&T) and mission operations development, testing, and maintenance.

The mission of the Hammers Company, Inc is to provide software solutions for complex/real-time systems.
